On the 26th of February, Nuno and myself attended the Software Craftsmanship Conference 2009 organized by Jason Gorman, et al.
It was a great event in which we could interact with many other craftsmen and see what they think about the craft and how they apply it in their daily lives.
Personally this event meant a lot to me, specially considering that we are trying to revive, or just experience, the craftsman workshop here at NexWerk (which I will start posting about next).
The event was packed with all kinds of sessions, from practical workshops (most of them revolving with TDD practices and coding dojos) to discussions on the practices we use in a daily basis.
I hope this event sets a landmark in the international software craftsmanship landscape helping us to grow and strengthen the ideals and practices behind this exciting movement.

All in all it was a great event and I want to thank Jason and everyone behind this event for the effort and the great outcome of it!
